WELDING SERVICES

This advanced, precision welding service is formed from several common welding approaches, including gas metal arc, gas tungsten arc, flux core arc, resistance spot welding, and stud welding. Carbon steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, alloy steel, and titanium may be processed. For repeatable precision we operate a state-of-the-art robotic MIG welding system, and can handle work pieces weighing up to 8000 lbs. These welding capabilities are augmented by services such as laser cutting, fabrication, CNC punching/forming, part marking, and material traceability services.
Customers utilizing our welding services for production have the option to take advantage of our value-added logistical provisions, consisting of JIT delivery, Kanban inventory support, scheduled releasing, and MRP forecasting. Typical lead times are two to three weeks, with rush services available. 24-hour to 48-hour response time for most quotes.
