WATERJET CUTTING

Midwest Precision’s waterjet cutting services offer an advanced level of quality, accuracy, and capacity. Our systems, some of the first employed in the Tulsa, OK region, provides flexible precision cutting control on many common fabrication materials in an ISO 9001:2008 certified environment.

These advanced waterjet cutting systems operate with two-axis setup, and can accommodate workpieces up to 96″ wide, 168″ long, and up to 10″ in thickness. Waterjet pressure tops at 90,000 psi, but is precision controlled to allow from very fine to coarse edge cuts. Materials we process include aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless, steel, copper, carbon steel, alloy steel, Inconel, titanium, Phenolics, and foam. Additional services, including machining, welding, and assembly, may be combined with waterjet cutting to form a definite pathway for centralized product fabrication.

This service is geared for low to high volume and blanket orders, and is easily combined with our JIT, Kanban, Scheduling, MRP Forecasting, and EDI logistical solutions. Lead times are typically one to two weeks with rush services available. Most quotes returned in 24 hours or less. See the table below or contact us today to learn more about our waterjet cutting services.
