PRESS BRAKE & ROLL FORMING

Accuracy, capacity, and flexibility characterize the press brake and roll forming services provided by Tulsa, Oklahoma based Midwest Precision. Our offline brake software, TruTops Bend & UnFold, coupled with the most accurate CNC forming equipment available, delivers an advanced level of capability: streamlining the typical problem-laden development process for formed sheet metal components. This means that the most complicated formed parts move from design to conception faster.

Our roll forming and press brake forming production systems are explicitly designed to have high accuracy, and in rolling specifically, minimize twist in the material. Our press equipment is capable of up to 250 tons of force. We are capable of processing carbon steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, alloy steel, and titanium. Our system is well applied in creating brackets, electrical enclosures and cabinetry, medical equipment, and various OEM components.

Designs may be up to 72″ wide for rolling and 168″ long for brake forming, and may weigh up to 8,000 lbs. Material thickness can be up to 0.250″ for rolling and .375″ for brake forming. Repeated operations have a comparative tolerance of ±0.001″.

Press brake and forming production orders may be combined with our logistical solutions, including JIT shipping, scheduled release, Kanban inventory, and MRP forecasting. MPI processes low volume, high volume, and blanket orders with typical lead times of two weeks; rush services are available. Contact Midwest Precision today to see how our high accuracy sheet forming can benefit your product and part manufacture.
