Our varied array of production processes includes many cutting and forming procedures, such as bending, drilling, laser cutting, CNC punching, press brake forming, rolling, shearing, waterjet cutting, and welding. These operations may be manually or CNC controlled, and maintain tolerances between ±0.030″ and ±0.060″. Our dimensional capacities are 60″ in width, 144″ in length, and 1″ in thickness, with a max handling weight of 8,000 lbs. Materials we work with consist of most common construction metals and nonmetals including aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless, carbon, and alloy steel, as well as titanium, phenolics, and copper UHMW.

Customers looking for low volume, high volume, or blanket orders of fabricated metal products will find our services the most useful. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified production methods may also be combined with logistical services including finishing part marking, assembly, and material traceability, JIT and Kanban-response shipping, scheduled releases, MRP forecasting, and EDI transactions. Lead times are typically 2 weeks, with rush services available. Most quotes are returned in 24 hours.
