Our Tulsa, Oklahoma based facility features a unique CNC punching and laser cutting system (Laser/ Punch Combo), offering shorter cycle times and even lights out manufacturing.

Our system is specifically capable of CNC-driven punching, cutting, tapping, counter sinking, and forming procedures coupled with an automatic loading and unloading material handling system. It is highly appropriate for creating features such as ribs, stiffeners, and louvers, in items such as electrical enclosures, cabinetry, and brackets. Materials include carbon steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, alloy steel, and titanium. Designs may be up to 120″ in length, 60″ in width, and up to 0.3125″ thick. Dimensional tolerances up to ±0.001″ are attainable.

Our automated manufacturing system is ASME standards compliant and is appropriate for a wide variety of sheet metal based products. Orders may be linked with logistical solutions including JIT shipping, scheduled releases, Kanban inventory, and MRP forecasting. Lead times of one to two weeks are typical for low volume, high volume, and blanket orders; rush services are available.
