Our press equipment is capable of up to 250 tons of force. We are capable of processing carbon steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, alloy steel, and titanium. Our system is well applied in creating brackets, electrical enclosures and cabinetry, medical equipment, and various OEM components.
Designs may be up to 72" wide for rolling and 168" long for brake forming, and may weigh up to 8,000 lbs. Material thickness can be up to 0.250" for rolling and .375" for brake forming. Repeated operations have a comparative tolerance of ±0.001".
